Two vans bound for Greece

Animalcouriers recently left the UK in two vans bound for Greece, as we had a very large list of UK-bound passengers waiting for us. With a number of pets to reunite with their families in Budapest, Bologna and Rome, one of our vans routed through Bulgaria and Hungary, while the second travelled via Italy. On our way to the UK from southern Europe

After dropping off passengers who travelled with us from the UK, we set off on our return journey, collecting pets on their way to the UK from southern Europe. Two cats flying to Italy, nine dogs flying from Greece to the UK

Courier J accompanied two cats flying to Italy from the UK. She then boarded another flight to Athens, where she met up with courier M and nine dogs flying from Greece to the UK. Misty and Ghost A gorgeous pair of cats, Misty and Ghost homeboarded with Animalcouriers before flying to Puglia in Italy. Road trip from Greece with UK-bound cats and dogs

While couriers J and M accompanied six dogs on their flights from Greece, couriers Marc and Matthew made the road trip from Greece with UK-bound cats and dogs. 13 dogs rescued from a South Korean dog meat farm

Earlier in January Animalcouriers helped out at the UK end of the trip for 13 dogs rescued from a South Korean dog meat farm by the UK arm of animal protection charity Humane Society International (HSI). HSI travelled to South Korea in December, accompanied by Pete Wicks from The Only Way is Essex, to bring about the charity's 10th dog meat farm closure. The closure saved 170 dogs from being killed and eaten, and took the total number of dogs saved by HSI to more than 1,200. East Surrey Badger Protection Society released its 200th orphaned badger cub

Animalcouriers sponsored the transport and container costs when the East Surrey Badger Protection Society released its 200th orphaned badger cub. The event took place shortly before Christmas last year, and marked a significant milestone in a badger release programme that started some 15 years ago. The society works with project partner Wildlife Aid in Leatherhead. Winnie, Bob, Maisie, Smudge and Eric flying from Greece

As part of our contingent of 30+ pets travelling to the UK, these four puppies and one older dog are flying from Greece. Accompanied by courier Becca, they took off from Athens airport and landed at Paris Charles de Gaulle, where Courier Valerie was waiting to take them the rest of the way via Eurotunnel.
