FUEL PRICE SURCHARGE FOR ROAD TRIPS
We’re saddened by the current situation in the Middle East and its effect on so many people.
Unfortunately, the resulting (and ongoing) increases in fuel costs will lead to fuel price surcharges on Animalcouriers road trips, as we contend with significantly higher prices at the pumps. We will keep surcharges as low as we can to minimise the impact on our clients.

These experts from Animalcouriers were great. I picked them because they already had experience with getting a dog to Bermuda via London Gatwick and, as a bonus, their price was reasonable. It was professional service with a good dose of kindness and understanding about the stress of a move. I would recommend them and use them again. The dog was happy to go with the courier who got him and after the flight the next day, he looked well-cared for. I think he even got a home grooming because he smelled lovely.(Capability flew from the UK to Bermuda with the help of Animalcouriers)

Animalcouriers have been amazing all the way through some very complicated beaurocracy issues that I could not have sorted out alone here in Ecuador. I want to recommend them to everyone. Despite my having to change my plans last minute due to some beaurocracy laws in Ecuador, Animalcouriers have been extremely helpful to me. Animal Couriers were wonderful to work with and did an amazing job in helping me move with my 3 dogs (a Boxer, Doberman Pinscher, and Dogo Argentino) from the Frankfurt, Germany Airport to Chievres, Belgium. No matter how many times I emailed, or asked 'silly' questions, the response was always efficient, friendly, and accurate. John was the driver, contacted me 2 days before collecting my kitties. I was so so nervous since 2 of my 3 cats are really stressed out with any changes or even small trips to the vet. However he was so caring not only about the cats but also towards me, that he put me on ease straight away. He also kept me updated through the journey and even sent me pictures. 48h later I had them with me already in France. I was expecting a nightmare but my cats weren't not even stressed.. arrived, ate and settled in a few hours. He told me he spent some time with them and I think this made all the difference. thank you so so much for your great service. I read a few reviews that were negative but to be honest, I think it's how people perceive their experiences. because I have absolutely nothing negative to say from day 1. Our pets travelled with an amazing driver, who got them to their destination safely and took care of their health issues during the journey. He had been a pleasure to deal work, had kept us informed at all times, removing the separation anxiety off us the pet parents. We can’t thank him enough. Sandy BelfittFantastic service. Animal Couriers transported our 2 cats from the UK to Gibraltar overland in a scheduled run. Because we lived on the Isle of Wight, Julia offered for us to deposit the cats in their Boarding house overnight so the cats were not too stressed. Everytime I phoned or emailed questions everyone was polite and informative. Everything went smoothly and John text me Saturday night to suggest we met at the Border to take custody of my furballs. My dog travelled from Italy to UK in almost 1 day and half, safe and in a good hands. All the guys helped me with the documents and to make me feel all the time comfortable to speak with them. They always replied to my email straight away and I was in touch all the time with John, which is very friendly and supportive. All of them loves animals and they make them feel safe. No stress at all for my dog. Honestly I don’t understand why they get some bad feedbacks , they are the best.
