We helped Annette with the transport of her family of 8 pets from Scotland to Spain. We also transported beloved cats and dogs between the UK, Spain and Portugal, and brought a Pug for Genette from Manchester to Kent.
8 pets from Scotland to Spain
Annette relocated to Edinburgh but decided she preferred the warmer climate of southern Spain. She asked us to transport her delightful family of eight dogs and cats, and was kind enough to send us pictures of them settling into their Spanish home.

Findus, a dog from England to Spain
Charming Findus, a Wheaten Terrier belonging to Jon and Lis, made the journey with Animalcouriers from Surrey to San Sebastian in Spain.

Handsome cats Charlie and Jasper travelled with us from Nottingham to the Algarve where Jacinta and Simon were eagerly awaiting their arrival.
Charlie was keener than Jasper on posing for a photo — we love his amazing eyes
Balu, a dog from Portugal to Spain
We collected cute Beagle Balu in Portugal and drove him to the Madrid area of Spain.

We collected Paul’s adorable Dachshund Nellie on the Algarve for her trip to England.

Splendid English Bulldog Reggie belongs to Zachary and Alexandra, who asked us to transport him from Malaga in Spain to London.

Sapphire, a dog from Manchester to Kent
We collected dear little Pug Sapphire in Manchester and delivered her to Genette in Kent. Sapphire had been used for breeding and Genette was able to offer her a loving retirement home. Genette wrote to say:
“I just wanted to thank you for all your help! You collected an ex-breeding pug, little Sapphire, from Manchester. She has many health issues from being over bred, which I knew would be a case, but thought I would share an update of her now. She’s now safe and happy. Just shows what some love can do “
Genette also sent us this before and after photo on day of arrival to now. What a change!

Well you all have been super busy keeping families together! Love all the photos – beautiful cats and dogs and everyone looks happy which means Animal Couriers has made them “at home” during their journeys and reunited them with their families. We are especially happy for little Sapphire – she deserves a quiet retirement!

Lovely photos as always. The one of Lily asleep with her tongue out is so funny. Reminds me when my dog when I was a teenager would do that at odd times, always made me chuckle.
And wow, what a difference love and cares makes. It’s wonderful to see the ‘after’ photo of Sapphire. It’s heartbreaking to know how awfully too many animals are treated, including in cases of over-breeding as opposed to what we usually think of as neglect and harm. Well done Genette for giving her a new forever home. xx

Hi friends ! Busy days for you. I especially took notice of Anette’s sweet Blossom because our black kitty was also Blossom. She passed away last April unfortunately. We still have her sister Petals though. She turned 16 in December and is still like a kitten. We’ve also had a dog named Jasper. We lost him in 2008 at 14.5, but he had a great life and was loved to the max
