Made from recycled materials, the sculpture is designed to showcase eco-pasture — the practice of maintaining green spaces using sheep or other grazing animals instead of machinery or chemicals. The sheep used at Champagne-Ardenne belong to a local farmer, who then sells her sheep milk products at the station.
