Our couriers have been on the road, travelling with pets to and from France, Spain, Monaco, Italy, Malta and Portugal. Along with lovely dogs, we’ve had the pleasure of transporting a parrot and a tortoise!
Dorian and Olive, 2 pets from the UK to France
As Paul and his family were close to setting off for France, they realised their pets needed special certificates to be able to leave the UK. That’s because both Dorian — an African Grey Parrot, and Olive — a Hermann’s Tortoise, are CITES listed. So that the family could head off as planned, Animalcouriers homeboarded Dorian and Olive with courier J while waiting for their certificates to come through.

Stunning Dorian sang, chattered away, and let the house dogs know she was in charge!

Dorian is very fond of grapes and lets out an ‘ooh’ whenever she spots one in her food bowl

Olive is very energetic — she marches about and loves attention. Once she’s had enough, she takes herself off for a nap. This big character is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand.
Chad, a dog from London to Monaco
Young Rhodesian Ridgeback Chad belongs to Caroline. We collected him in London for his journey to Monaco.

Collecting handsome Chad

Chad is well behaved as well as handsome

Chad took it upon himself to guard the Animalcouriers van! Here you can see the distinctive ‘ridge’ along his back that is a feature of this breed.
Dexter, a dog from London to Italy
We collected Grace’s gorgeous Greyhound, Dexter, from Michael in London. Dexter travelled with us to rejoin Grace in Peglio, Italy.

Dexter was a super traveller
Frankie, a dog from London to Italy
Adorable French Bulldog Frankie belongs to Daniel, who asked us to transport Frankie from London to Genoa.

A happy reunion for Frankie and Daniel in Italy
Poppea and Picoleone, 2 dogs from London to Italy
Rosemary and Robert’s splendid Shih-tzus Poppea and Picoleone also hopped on board in London. Their destination was Umbria, where their owners were eagerly awaiting their arrival.

We love Shih-tzus
Hopper, a dog from Malta to Wales
We headed to Malta to meet darling Hopper, a German Pointer Mix. Hopper belongs to Simone, who asked us to collect him for his journey to Cardiff in Wales.

Simone sent us this wonderful photo of Hopper at home in Wales, saying: “Thank you so much for delivering our Hopper to Wales for us. I can’t really thank you enough!”
Maggie, Mimi and Luna, 3 dogs from Italy to the UK
We met Gemma’s superb trio of dogs in Brindisi. Maggie, Mimi and Luna travelled with us to their new home with Gemma in Cheshire.

Luna also loving her walks
Such excitement when Maggie, Mimi and Luna were reunited with Gemma in Cheshire
Cookie, a dog from Portugal to England
Beautiful Cookie belongs to Gareth or, more accurately, to Gareth’s son, who was relocating from Portugal to live with his dad in the UK. Gareth wanted his son to be present for Cookie’s arrival, so Cookie homeboarded with courier Helen for a couple of weeks, awaiting a proper reunion. Courier Helen reports that Cookie fitted right in and was the perfect houseguest.

Cookie loved her walks

A big chew for a little girl!

Happy pups, parrot and humans – keeping families together no matter where they roam.
Hugs, Pam

Yes, we love the pic of Cookie reunited. Says everything!
It’s always such a pleasure to visit with your passengers! LOVE the exotic and regal Dorian (except isn’t that the name of that smelly fruit I keep hearing about, but never encountered?)
Ha, it is indeed the same name but we believe this name came from the title of Oscar Wilde’s book ‘The Picture of Dorian Gray”. We hope he doesn’t have any nasty skeletons in his cupboard/loft!
Oh my goodness, wonderful pics and stories – what would we do without our loyal fur and feathers family in these times that try all of our souls?!
Bless all of the couriers who faithfully take such amazing care of their passengers. And bless all those who wait for their safe return.
We do need them!
Toettall LOVE inn that foto Miss Annie!!
