We were pleased to see returning passenger Bolo for another trip between the UK and Corfu. We also brought a gorgeous Collie pup to an excited new owner, took three cats to Germany for their relocating owner, transported two dogs who regularly travel with us between the UK and Portugal, and drove a dog and two cats from Portugal to the UK.
Bolo, a dog from the UK to Corfu
Handsome hound Bolo travelled with us for the second time, making the trip from the UK to the Greek island of Corfu. Within an hour of reaching his Corfu home, he’d already rediscovered his favourite napping spot and settled down for a sleep. Owner Maggie said it was hard to believe how relaxed he was after his journey.

A Collie puppy from the north of England to Surrey
This delightful 10-week-old Collie pup travelled with us from the north of England. New owner Jenny was so excited, she was waiting on our doorstep for the puppy to arrive!

Midge, Gertie and Alice, 3 cats from England to Germany
As part of her relocating plans from Cambridge to Munich, Sarah asked us to transport her three splendid cats, Midge, Gertie and Alice. Alice, however, decided to go AWOL on the day we arrived to collect them! So we headed off with Midge and Gertie, and went back the next day for naughty Alice when she was hungry enough to return home for some food.
Sarah, very understanding about the cats’ feelings and behaviour, said: “Oh little cats! Moving house is so stressful and I seem to have channelled it all into worrying something will go wrong for the cats specifically, they were not consulted on the move, who can blame them.”
Once the cats were safely delivered to their new home in Germany, Sarah wrote to say: “Everyone is here and courier Nat was a total star. Gertie very affectionate and purring, Midge interested and exploring, Alice is hiding.”

Simba and Violetta, 2 dogs from the UK to Portugal
Returning clients Simba, a Golden Retriever, and Violett, a Chow, belong to an English Premier League footballer. We drove this lovely pair to Portugal after the winter spent in London.

Zach, Harvey and Henry, 3 pets from Portugal to the UK
Darling Labrador Zach and fabulous Persian cats Harvey and Henry travelled with us from the Portuguese Algarve to East Sussex, where Elaine and her husband were waiting to be reunited with them all.

What precious and GORGEOUS pups and cats on journeys to join their humans in a new home. Those Persians are amazing – and oh my goodness the Chow is beyond words but ALL of them look happy. I love seeing families back together again……does the heart good!

That was a lot of travel adventures. The “returning passenger Bolo” second trip back and forth between the UK and Corfu. He is certainly a well travelled dog. I loved all the photos and the cute dogs and cats. The photos are great as usual.
As much as I smile and love the pictures in your posts, the couriers who handle the travelers, you may find this strange but I absolutely adore the names the dogs and cats have! In America our names lack imagination mixed with a dab of creativity but European travelers on Animal Couriers have brilliant names! Wonderful stories today!! Thank you for sharing
