In July and August we made pet travel trips to from Sweden and to Slovenia, transporting dogs and cats on behalf of their owners.
Kastor and Truls, a dog and a cat from Sweden to England
We travelled to Arkanda to meet Fredrik and his family pets: handsome Kastor the Boxer and Truls, a magnificent Maine Coon cat. Truls homeboarded with Animalcouriers for a few nights, while Kastor stayed at the Mardens Kennels, until Fredrik and his family were ready to receive them in Norfolk.

…and this rather extraordinary-looking one
Aomame and Tengo, 2 cats from Sweden to England
In Stockholm we caught up with beautiful Bengals Aomame and Tengo, relocating to London with owner Georgina.

Both cats were lively and curious while travelling

They settled quickly into their new London home

Magnum, a dog from England to Slovenia
We collected splendid Doberman Magnum from Olivia in Cambridge for his journey to Harvey in Slovenia.

What gorgeous passengers this trip and such beautiful photos too! I have always thought Bengals have he most amazing coats but then again so do Maine Coons……but the cutest photo just might be that SMILE Kastor has as he looks at the photographer!!
Hugs, Pam and Teddy
Gorgeous passengers and wonderful scenery! That must have been an enjoyable trip.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I loved these pictures of Sweden (a place I recognize and can trace my genealogy) and Slovenia (although I have no clue where that is but will look up)!
And of course, the stars of the show are always the passengers you transport to the waiting arms of families who want them to hurry up and get there…
Bravo to all!!
P.S. And the winner of most unusual church award!!
Lovely load of kitties and dogs. Beautiful photos.
Those are beautiful cats and dogs. The Swedish country house is like you say typical. Smaller houses or stugor/cabins as they are called in Sweden (I am originally from Sweden) are very common and you stay in them during the summer but typically not the rest of the year.
Sweden is so beautiful. Your drivers take the scenic route to be sure. My GF just got a Bengal kitten. Aren’t they so pretty?! I’ve always just used the ‘cat distribution’ system, LOL. Found and rescued cats have just wandered into our lives and been the biggest little loves. That last photo is so nostalgic to me. When we were little, we’d visit my Grandpa on his farm and always beg for tractor rides. Also, we’d ride on the fenders like that Now, in Canada, there are no small family farms. You could never make a living farming small here. We’re so lucky to have those memories xK
What beautiful places you have travelled, Annie and above all of that, what an amazing bunch of travellers you brought to their homes ♥♥♥ Double Pawkisses for a happy week ahead 🙂 ♥
