Meet our first pet passengers of 2024, Labradoodle Duke from the US, Mia from the Czech Republic, and Skye and Tilian from Italy.
Duke, a dog from the US to the UK
Duke’s owner, Sydney, relocated from Denver in the US to Birmingham in the UK to take up a new post.
Our role was to source Duke’s airfreight out of Denver, meet him on arrival at London Heathrow Airport, and drive him up to Birmingham.
Everything was going swimmingly until we heard there was a problem with Duke’s plane, meaning his departure was delayed by 24 hours. Sydney’s flight left on time, so she went on ahead and made sure everything was ready for Duke’s arrival.
The dear boy arrived in fine form and courier Helen drove late into the night to make sure he wasted no time in being reunited with Sydney.

Very cute Duke

Duke and Sydney’s late-night reunion. Sydney wrote to say: “Thank you all so much for your help and guidance over the last few weeks! Duke seems very happy to be reunited and I couldn’t be happier!!”
Mia, a dog from the Czech Republic to France
Courier Trevor drove to Brno in the Czech Republic to collect lovely Labrador mix Mia. She’s a rescue dog who’s been adopted by Dave. He asked us to drop her off with a dog trainer in the Vienne region of France.

Irresistible Mia — we can see why Dave fell for her!

Skye, a dog from Italy to England
On the way back from Brno with Mia, courier Trevor stopped off in Arezzo to collect delightful Springer Spaniel Skye, heading to London to rejoin owner Marco.

Tilian, a cat from Italy to England
Gorgeous cat Tilian also hopped on board in Italy, in the province of Biella, travelling with us to London for a reunion with Alberto.

They’re all adorable!
A lovely lot of travellers.
I didn’t know you moved U.S. animals. Is this new or did I not notice before?
We often meet pets coming in off US flights but this was one that we did arrange the US end as we have contacts nearby.
J’aime particulièrement Skye, et ses ️ tristesse
Il a un look émouvant mais est un voyageur heureux !
Gorgeous dogs and that cat is really beautiful…….but ALL of them look HAPPY and that means they’re happy travelers with Animal Couriers!
Hugs, Pam and Teddy
Thanks you two, they were a happy bunch!
Air travel in US has been a bit shaky with lots of delays. I’m happy Duke made it in goof shape.
Yes, a delay of 24 hours didn’t seem too much from what we were hearing.
Safe travels
Thanks.
I also didn’t know you worked on getting animals from the US across the pond, and Duke was a real trooper for his trip! We will definitely keep that in mind if we ever need the services!!
Your first passengers of the year are awesome!!
We can’t do it always but it was great to manage it this time through our contacts.
oh Mia! You’re so pretty and sweet looking. Good Luck one and all
What a cute girl, eh?
Awwdorable cuties, Annie. We bet Duke was very happy to see you in the UK and after to be reunited with his momma, it shows…at all the reunions 🙂 Peek-a-boo Tilian, we can see you behind the Orange tree 😀 Double Pawkisses for a Safe Travel ahead to all the crew 🙂 ♥
Duke and Sydney were rather pleased to be back together after the delay. Tilian does find pretty places to hide 😀
