Annette over the moon to receive her wonderfully lively Labradoodle puppy Petzi, who we transported from the UK to Luxembourg. Annette told us: "We just wanted to thank you for your help getting our Petzi home! We really appreciated your great service and friendliness — and even more Petzi's wiggling tail when she walked out of your van. She had obviously been very well treated! :-) So please extend our thanks to your drivers Anthony and Shane as well!"

Courier Helen collected charming Pepper in Scotland for his long journey to the Falkland Islands. Owner Kenneth, who has been posted there, organised everything with military precision, including the quite hefty health-related paperwork needed to relocate this much loved family pet. Pepper sailed from Southampton.
