Handsome hound Fobius from the Filozoikos Shelter in Athens, Greece, has found a loving new home in Bahrain. Fobius spent a few months in the UK for his travel preparations to be completed, then homeboarded with Animalcouriers the night before his flight. Courier R got up early to drive him to the airport, and he's now on his way to join his excited new owners. Courier H drove Dachshunds Georgie and Leo, who hail from the Isle of Wight, to their French summer holiday destination in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, near Nice. Heading to France and Spain with Pluto, Scrumpy, Sirius, Throttle, Mr Bojangles, Byron, Baby, Poppy, Billie, Belle, PJ and Arfa

Animalcouriers set off from the UK with pets on board who are heading to France and Spain. In addition to Belle and PJ, collected in Scotland a couple of days ago, we were joined by a fabulous cast of characters. Basset Hound Pluto from London is on his way to Madrid to rejoin his family who've moved back to Spain. He's a very determined chap, and very strong. Bibi and Odin are reunited in Switzerland, and Ruben, Hugo, Red and Jim arrive in France

After reuniting cats Fleur and Mittens with their owners, Mike and Debbie, in Normandy, we drove into Switzerland to deliver Bibi and Odin to Alan and his family. It was hard to say who was more excited at the reunion — humans or dogs! Then it was back into France to drop handsome trio Ruben, Hugo and Red at Le Jardin des Chats, a super cattery in the Montpellier area, where they'll have a short stay until their owner Susan catches up with them. Meet Felipe, Lugotti, Pere, Vella and Thor from Spain

With all our passengers from Portugal on board, Animalcouriers crossed the border into Spain and headed to Madrid. We met up with Aurelia to collect a very happy and bouncy young Felipe. Felipe travelled with us last month to spend Christmas in Madrid with all the family. His owners, Sergio and Barbara, are already back in London and are anxiously awaiting his arrival. Aurelia tells us everyone had a lovely festive time, and Felipe clearly agrees.
