The extension of the UK lockdown means we're receiving quite a number of requests to collect puppies and kittens from their breeders and deliver them to their new owners. Although we feel that, normally, it's best for the new owner to collect their pet, we understand that the current circumstances make that difficult. We've taken advice from Defra, the RSPCA and the Kennel Club, all of whom say what really matters is that young puppies and kittens go to their new homes once they're ready, so that they can be properly socialised into their new families.
