Over the past few weeks we’ve made a number of trips with gorgeous puppies and kittens, as lockdown-related travel restrictions made it difficult for owners to do their own collections.
Bella, a puppy from Swansea to London
Nicki contacted us when Wales entered lockdown, which prevented her from collecting new puppy Bella herself. Courier Richard did the honours and delivered Bella to her happy family in London.

Yitzhak, a kitten from France to the UK
Erhi was on the waiting list for a kitten from a breeder in France, and asked us to collect the darling little fellow on his behalf. Erhi was over the moon when Yitzhak Natsukaze RoyalDream (Zhak to his friends) arrived at his London home. He wrote to say:
“Wanted to say a massive THANK YOU for the service you provided in bringing my new kitten to his new home. Special thanks to Glenn for dealing so well with the breeder and for keeping me updated on journey progress throughout. Thanks also to Ricardo for taking the final leg of delivery in the wee hours of Thursday morning! Zhak is settling in nicely and seems like a dream of a lad already and can only get better as he develops.”

A doodle puppy from Country Durham to London
Ben’s cute little doodle puppy travelled with us from Bishop Auckland to his new home in Chelsea. Ben wrote to say:
“I just wanted to thank you (and Ricardo) for the safe delivery of our pup on Saturday! He has been an absolute dream and we appreciate the work of your team to have him a safe arrival amidst lockdown.”

What a winsome look!

He’ll grow into that toy bone eventually…
Asta and Quinn, two puppies from Selkirk to the West Country
Courier Helen collected these two beauties in Selkirk on behalf of David and Karen, who wrote to say:
“Thank you for the collection of Asta and Quinn from Selkirk to Bristol. All went to plan and the pups are settling in well.”

Ready to explore

Too charming for words
A Labrador puppy from Yorkshire
We travelled to Oxenhope in Yorkshire to collect a lovely Labrador puppy for Billie and family. Billie told us:
“Thank you, you did an excellent job for us. Puppy arrived calm and happy. So pleased I found you. Thank you so much for looking after her on that long journey. I will recommend you to anyone else who needs your service. Very professional but more importantly very caring. And the photo of her leaving the breeder and her dog mum saying goodbye had me in tears. But lovely to see. Thank you again.”

Splendid views as we climbed the hill towards our destination

Here’s breeder Claire bringing us the pup, with the pup’s mum, Reyah, on hand to supervise. Reyah had 12 puppies, and it was clear that every single pup was important to Claire.

Reyah seeing her puppy away — Claire was quite tearful as we said goodbye. As new owner Billie observed, Claire is evidently a very caring and responsible breeder.

A warm welcome at the puppy’s new home

Plenty of cuddles on offer!
A puppy travelling south from Scotland
In St Andrew’s we collected a very bouncy little puppy, travelling south where an excited family was waiting.

We enjoyed glorious views as we headed south

Far too chilly for a dip, however!

In Penrith, we took the puppy into the George Pub, where we stopped for the night. We received a very warm welcome and heard lovely stories about the landlords’ past and present pets.

Mike the macaw was our receptionist for the evening

Puppy takes over courier J’s bed!
What adorable travelers you had this time around…..precious pups and kittens starting a new life – always a pleasure to see.
Hugs, Pam and Teddy too

The best receptionist ever, and very nosy 😀
Thry are gorgeous.
Dangerously so.
People must be so glad to have your services during the lockdowns.
The demand is getting a little scary now!
They’re all absolutely gorgeous!
I have to disagree with you about the dip though. It’s never too chilly to take dip! I’ve been known to break ice to take a dip. 😀
OK Clowie, we’ll let you dip any day!
I shared your post on Facebook today – I do love this one mucho!
Happy Holidays to all of the couriers and their passengers – safe travels!
Thanks for sharing Sheila!

Eeerrrmmm? 😀
I would like to know if I can take my African grey on holiday on a plane please?
Hi Susan, you very probably can but you’ll need to check on the country you’re travelling to to find out what paperwork they require.
Hi, just a big, belated thank you for getting our beloved Cockapoo Ralf from Essex to Alcaucin, Spain in such a professional and caring way. He suffered no ill effects and was happy to see us but just as happy with the handlers. It helped him settle here greatly. Would recommend your services to anyone. Tony, Gilly and Ralf.
Very much our pleasure. Delighted to hear Ralf has settled so well!
