Almost the final special delivery of the year, Animalcouriers delivered six cats in Carcassonne. It was just in time for a happy Christmas reunion with their owners, who’ve relocated to France from Colchester in Essex.
A lovely, laid-back group, the cats travelled well. Once settled in, their owners sent us some splendid photos of their so-called ‘little monsters’.
Pandemic-related restrictions have made it a challenging year for everyone — and uncertainty around the implications of Brexit has added to the complexity for many people. We’ve been impressed by our clients’ patience, fortitude, and determination to do the right thing by their pets.
We’re pleased to say that while on the road or arranging pet shipping, we’ve found people cheerful and willing to help us — among them hotel staff, kennel and cattery owners, and transport operators. We’re grateful to you all.
Now it’s time to wish our friends and followers everywhere the best Christmas possible in the current conditions. Thank you for sharing our stories over the past 12 months. We hope you stay safe and well over the holidays, and we look forward to being back with you in the new year.

Aww such sweetie kittykats. I’m glad you’ve typically found people kind & helpful along the way through what must have been an incredibly challenging year at the best of times. With restrictions continually changing, I imagine at least part of 2021 will likewise be difficult to navigate. These pets and their owners are lucky to have you guys looking out for them and getting the furbabies where they need to safely be.
