A number of our couriers have been on the road recently, transporting delightful passengers travelling throughout Europe.
Zelda and Tyrion
English Bulldogs Zelda and Tyrion belong to James and Rachel, an American couple who’ve been on a US Army posting in the UK. A new posting to Germany means a relocation to Frankfurt. With a new baby to look after, James and Rachel asked Animalcouriers to take care of transporting their delightful canine duo from Oxfordshire to their new home.
At the P&O check-in, the computer-generated ticket didn’t show pets, so an artistic member of staff improvised!
Courier Richard reports that both dogs are superbly behaved
And like bulldogs everywhere, both proved to be great snorers while sleeping!
A happy reunion for James and his beloved dogs
At his hotel, courier Richard spotted a “rogues’ gallery” of guests, which included Angela Merkel
So good, she stayed there twice
Mollie
Staffie cross Mollie went missing in southern Italy. Despite extensive searching, there was no trace of her, and owner Liz sadly accepted that Mollie was gone forever. Fast forward three years and Mollie has been found — identified by her microchip.
Liz, now living in Southampton, contacted us for help. We advised her to put Mollie into Happy Paws Kennels near Bari, where courier Paul collected her and drove her to the UK for a long-overdue reunion with Liz.
Gorgeous Mollie
Bionda
Beautiful Bionda, a Standard Poodle, belongs to Mhari. Courier Paul collected her in Monza and brought her to our Surrey base, where Mhari collected her for the final leg of her journey to Warwickshire.

Dilly
Darling Dilly belongs to Susan and Brian, who’ve relocated from Cheshire to Almeria in Spain.
Susan says goodbye to Dilly — and see you soon!
Minx
Minx, who has the splendid looks of a Norwegian, belongs to Andrew and Julia. Minx travelled with us from Bournemouth to Mijas in Spain.

Bandit
Lovely Lurcher Bandit made the move with courier Glenn from Oxfordshire to Seville, to rejoin owner Marisela.

Nube
Adorable Spanish Water Dog pup Nube, whose name means ‘cloud’, travelled with us to join owner Rita in Lincolnshire. Courier Glenn collected Nube from her breeder Riquel in Careces.

Friendly young Nube settled in for the trip
Cookie
We met up with Martinha’s dog Cookie in Portugal, for her journey to Manchester. Cookie, a Podenco cross, may be the first vegan dog we’ve ever transported!
A proper send-off for Cookie

Cookie and Luna
Fab feline pair Cookie, a Ragdoll, and best mate Luna, travelled with us from Porto to London to rejoin owner Alana.

Benny
Splendid Siamese Benny belongs to Adelino and Yolanda. We transported him to the UK around six years ago. This time, the journey was from Bedford back to Lisbon, to rejoin his owners at their Portuguese home.
Benny not too keen on the idea of getting into his travel box!
Yoda
Charming Yoda, a French Bulldog, needed to travel from the Netherlands to Lisbon, but owner Bruna was struggling to find transport for him. Fortunately, Animalcouriers could meet Yoda in Calais and complete the journey to Lisbon.
Smiles all round as Yoda and his owners are reunited
We received an email from Bruna: “Just here to say thank you for bringing our boy Yoda safe and happy to Lisbon! He enjoyed very much his time with Glenn and we are very happy to have him with us. Thanks for your amazing job, you saved us!!”
Marshall
We caught up with Monica’s delightful dog Marshall in Lisbon, where we collected him from Sandra. This lively, affectionate fellow travelled with courier Glenn to London.
Serious cuddles for Marshall
Marshall over the moon at being reunited with Monica
Emilio
Another splendid Siamese — meet Emilio. Very sadly, his owner passed away recently. So family members Linda and Rachel worked hard to relocate Emilio from Lisbon to his new home in Harrogate. As Emilio’s passport wasn’t in date, courier Glenn delivered him to a cattery in Calais for a short stay before he could enter the UK.
Bon appetit, Emilio!
Emilio collected from Calais and on his way to a warm welcome in Harrogate
Pudsey
Dear Pudsey travelled with us from Torrevieja to rejoin owners Annette and Ian in Livingstone, Scotland.

Parker
We met cheeky Pug Parker in Alicante, where Maria has been taking care of him. He belongs to Terri, who was eagerly awaiting his arrival in London.
A goodbye hug for Parker
A very happy reunion for Parker and his devoted owner Terri in London
All wonderful cats and pups. I’m happy to hear that Mollie and her owner have been reunited!
That is a very lovely outcome!
It is good to see micro-chipping paying off so well.
Indeed. Although social media does wonders, it’s still a drop in the ocean when you’ve lost your dog.
The story of Mollie and Liz really touched me – and evidently your other followers, also.
Three years of lost – I wonder what story Mollie could tell? Thank goodness for your reunions everywhere!!
Safe travels to all.
We suspect that Mollie wouldn’t tell you if she could. She’s banished those memories for good we hope!
It would be interesting to hear what adventures Mollie has been having! She looks well though.
All your passengers look lovely!
She looks very well all things considered.
Such a happy conclusion to Mollie’s story…….thank heavens for microchips! All the other passengers look quite comfy in their transport and HAPPY to be back together with their families.

Can’t image any pet not having one but sadly you hear those stories…
All beauties.
