Happy UK reunions — and a quick trip to Spain

There were happy UK reunions for pets who travelled with us from Portugal and France. Meanwhile, courier Richard made a quick trip from Buckinghamshire to Cornwall, and courier Paul popped down from Kent to the Costa del Sol. Couriers M and Gwen make their way back from Portugal and Spain with a fine crew of cats and dogs on board. As we drove through France, several more cats joined our UK-bound trip in France. While couriers M and Gwen wend their way back from Portugal and Spain, couriers J and Simon made a quick trip to France and back. Dawn's feline family — and Fleur the Deer Hound Dawn, along with her Deer Hound Fleur and her 13 cats, have relocated from Suffolk to the Charente region of France. Among the cats there's a rather stunning selection of Siamese, Havanas, Burmese, Burmillas and Orientals. Couriers M and Gwen set off with pets from the UK travelling to France, Spain and Portugal. Along with a fine selection of cats and dogs we had the pleasure of welcoming a dwarf rabbit on board. Mitzy Courier Richard collected Mitzy from Debra in Falkirk, Scotland. Mitzy belongs to Debra's sister Susan and her husband John, who've relocated to the rural calm of Le Chalard in France. After crossing from Greece we stopped off for more collections in Italy, before making our way to Calais. When we reached the UK, it was time for happy reunions. Two vans bound for Greece

Animalcouriers recently left the UK in two vans bound for Greece, as we had a very large list of UK-bound passengers waiting for us. With a number of pets to reunite with their families in Budapest, Bologna and Rome, one of our vans routed through Bulgaria and Hungary, while the second travelled via Italy. Transporting a cast of falcons to Wales

At the height of the summer, Animalcouriers and our partner GoFetch stepped in at short notice to transport a cast of falcons to Wales from London's Heathrow airport. It was a very hot day when we received a call from the Animal Reception Centre (ARC) at the airport. Almost 40 falcons had arrived by air earlier in the day, and were due to travel on to the Brecon Beacons. Given the high temperatures that day, the ARC rejected the pre-booked transport in favour of a vehicle with air conditioning and electric ventilation.
