Two Animalcouriers trips left the UK, with pets on their way to France, Spain and Portugal. Here you can meet all the passengers travelling with us on both trips. Courier Marc took in France and part of northern Spain, while couriers M and J continued further south to Portugal.
Monkey and Mooshka
This pair of Siamese cats are travelling with us from Whitstable in Kent to Eymet in France’s Dordogne region. True to their breed’s reputation, they sang all the way!

Delightful Monkey and Mooshka
Boo Boo
Pretty tortie Boo Boo is a sweet-natured girl. We collected her in London for her trip to the Tarn region in France.

Laid-back traveller Boo Boo
Max
Max is a delightful Bearded Collie, collected by us from Wey Farm Boarding Kennels in Surrey. He’s on his way to join Robert and family in the Hérault region of France.

Irresistible Max

A very happy family reunion for Max in Valros
Pepe
Cute Chihuahua Pepe belongs to Carolina and family, who’re leaving London and returning to Barcelona in Spain. Carolina asked us to deliver Pepe to her mum, who’ll take care of him until Carolina catches up.

Pepe and his amazing ears
Vera and Mog
Gorgeous black-and-white cats Vera and Mog are relocating with owner Alice from Leeds to Barcelona.

Both cats have stunning markings

…and love to snuggle up for the journey
Luna
Lovely Lab Luna travelled with us from County Wexford, Ireland, to rejoin her family in Valencia, Spain.

Luna loves her walks, and is very well behaved

She leapt and bounded for joy when she was reunited with her family. Here’s courier M helping Christine and her children Elena and Albert to sort out Luna’s collar and lead, as she wriggled in all directions.

Result!
Louis, Oscar, Archie and Maisie
This family of four charming little Yorkies belong to Kym and her husband, who asked us to transport their dogs from Peacehaven in East Sussex to Rojales in Spain, where they’re holidaying for the summer.

Maisie and Oscar

Louis and Archie

They’re a bright-eyed gang of big little characters

We love seeing the look on a client’s face change from anxious waiting to excitement as they see our van turn up. Here’s Kym with Louis and Archie…

Ollie
Delightful Border Terrier Ollie is on his way from Hampshire to join owner Carol in Pilar de la Horadada in Alicante.

Ollie has a wonderful wiry coat

He travelled happily in one of our ‘top bunk’ bedrooms, with a great view of everything going on around him

A happy reunion with Carol. We love Ollie’s ‘phantom of the opera’ markings
Bertie and Twiglet
Bertie, another lovely Lab, and his feline chum Twiglet travelled with us from Bath in Somerset to Torre-Pacheco in Murcia.

Adorable Twiglet was a calm and relaxed passenger

Much excitement and quite a sizeable welcoming committee as we drew up. The children were delighted that the last two very important members of the family had arrived.

Twiglet quite vocal on being reunited — ‘home at last’ seemed to be the cry

Serious tummy rubs were the order of the day for Bertie
We heard from Jen on Twitter: “Thank you for delivering Bertie & Twiglet so safely. They’ve both settled in really well and we think them having a calm, safe journey here was key!”
Benji
Handsome Patterdale Terrier Benji, who hails from Devon, was also on his way to Murcia. We delivered him to kennels where he’ll wait for owner Mimi to catch up.

Lively Benji
Goku, aka Mickey
Goku, also known as Mickey, is an adorable Akita puppy heading to Ali in Marbella. Goku homeboarded with courier J for a few days before our trip set off.

He enjoyed helping to water the plants

Here’s proof — wet paw prints from tramping through the tomatoes!

Deep sleeps were called for in between all those periods of mischief!

Meeting another of our passengers, Luna, while out walking. He just wanted to play!

Goku was so excited at seeing Ali he didn’t know what to do with himself. Ali did his best to hang on tight!

At last, a calmer cuddle
Spotted on our way to Jerez

A rather marvellous stork sculpture in front of a midwifery centre

Another splendid artwork — metal tree with glass adornments

We reached Jerez in time to witness the blood moon phenomenon. Here’s the start of the eclipse, with Mars also visible.

Clear blue skies greeted us the next morning
Lexi and Oscar
A delightful pair of Cavapoos, Lexi and Oscar belong to June. She’s spending the summer with her son in Manilva, Spain, and asked us to transport her beloved dogs to join her there.

Continuing the theme of happy reunions, here are Oscar and Lexi with June. When they spotted her waiting at the gate for them, they could hardly contain themselves!
Morley and Cookie
These beautiful cats are making the journey from Wales to Oliveira de Azemeis to be reunited with owners Sara and Marco.

Super tabby Morley

Gentle Cookie was very shy and spent the first day hiding. Now she’s happy to come out for a chat.

Thank you Siddhartha Henry — we did have a lot of gorgeous pets on board!
Did you drink a glass of jerez in Jerez to celebrate yet another end of the world? That’s quite a load of beautiful cats and dogs.
It would have been rude not to!
The groups get larger and larger!!
And CUTER and CUTER and I always smile when I see the joyous reunions…thank you so much for taking the time to post them all…LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!
And the Stork sculpture – truly awesome. Wow. The Europeans have such style.
Ah, this was two simultaneous trips combined into one blog! Overwhelming otherwise 😀 We loved the stork sculpture too.
oh how great that monkey and mooshka were on board… the radio stations of france have sometimes a weird taste of muzak, so you had a good sound while driving ;O))) …and we love the fabulous big ears of Pepe!
Yes, we have to agree with the music options sometimes 😀
They’re all so gorgeous! I find Morley’s face quite hypnotic.
We went outside to see the blood moon and a glimpse of Mars, but after weeks of clear skies there was total cloud cover that evening! I didn’t know Mars would look that large.
He’s got a very deep look on his face! Yes, a lot of people missed the moon which was a great shame.
Oh my! What a crowd that was on this journey but so many super happy faces not just during the trip but at the end when they are reunited with their loving families. Makes us happy to see! Thanks for the photo of the eclipse as we had RAIN all week and couldn’t see a thing.
Hugs, Pam and Teddy too
It was a bumper set of passengers — luckily not all on the same trip though 😉
Yur well come Lady Annie! Wee LUV to reed of yur travelss with thee 4 leggedss….
It’s good to have some music on board while you’re travelling…MOL 😀 How cute they all are, Annie and what an amazing picture of Lady Moon and Mr Mars. You were so lucky to see the eclips 🙂 Pawkisses for a safe travel ahead to all of you and your passengers 🙂 <3
Ha ha, Little B, how right you are about music. Might not always want that channel though 😀 Hope you’re feeling a lot better soon!
Pepe is darling! They all are but that little face of Pepe. Lots to take in here with this post. Animal Couriers making travel easy for pets and making great reunions!
What is it about little dogs? So much character packed into such a tiny size! Those reunions 😀
Wow! So many cute-t-paw-2t’s ! Lot’s of people and their furfriends are going to Spain ! I’ve not been but it must be it must be very special. All those happy reunions must be good for the soul ! What a wonderful job. I’ve been worried that you may be around the fires? I hope everyone is ok !! xo
wonderful animal travel agency!
a friend recently said she adopted
a new doggy that was transported
from Greece. i’ll ask her if your
kind group was involved 🙂
It would be really interesting to hear if she did use us!
ps: in my experience, your post’s load up slower than other blogs.
my humble suggestion, being that there are so many images,
is to possibly reduce their file size. They are all so cute 🙂
Sorry to hear that We have started to reduce the file size of images recently. It’s a fine balance between quality and size and we’ll continue to experiment. We also need to do some housekeeping as we have posts going back so many years which is bloating the site and slowing everything down. One of these days…
