While courier Richard made his way down to Spain and back, couriers M and Marc continued their journey to Greece.
Leo, Ava and Tipi
This inseparable trio of dogs travelled with Animalcouriers from Spain to Brindisi in Italy, where they were reunited with their owners and three more canine companions.

Lots of waggy tails as Leo, Ava and Tipi are greeted by Zane and the rest of the pack. Within moments they were off to explore their new surroundings under the olive trees.
Crossing from Italy to Greece
After dropping off our passengers in Italy, we were left with Retriever Baloo and British Bulldog Lincoln, both of whom were travelling all the way to Greece with us. Before heading to Bari for our ferry to Patras, there was time for a long walk on a deserted, idyllic beach near Ostuna, on the Adriatic coast.

Lincoln, aka Tank, loved ploughing through drifts of seaweed

Baloo preferred paddling — actually, she wanted to go swimming, but we weren’t too keen on the idea ourselves!

Sunset over the port of Bari

Arriving in Patras, where it was pleasantly warm despite the snow-capped mountains in the distance
Reunions in Athens

Gorgeous Baloo gave Irene and her dad a very enthusiastic greeting when they collected her. Courier M, a big fan of Goldens, said he would miss her.

Smiles all round as Lincoln is reunited with owner Alexia

There was a time for a walk along the seafront in Glyfada, where we enjoyed the sights and sounds of a local fish market. With fishing over for the day, the fishermen had time to mend nets and chat.
Ready to collect our UK-bound passengers
Couriers J and Matthew were waiting in Athens for couriers M and Marc. Couriers Matthew and Marc are driving back to the UK with one set of passengers, while couriers M and J fly home with the rest.

Good looking doggies.
Nothing but the best passengers for us.
There are worse places to wait for passengers.
Couldn’t agree with you more.

Oh, my goodness! Lincoln! What a good boy!
What a character!
I’d love to play in the sea with Baloo!
You’d look so good together!
I suddenly wondered how many languages your couriers must speak (besides the obvious animal ones, of course)??
Our couriers a most proficient at ‘animal’ — we’re shamed by how many people in other countries speak English 😉
Wow! Great reunions, happy doggies and beautiful sunset too❤❤❤Pawkisses for a safe travel ahead
Amazing how you feel when the sun shines! Reunions make the mood brighter too 😀
Oh what happy faces (and beautiful countryside!)……………especially love Lincoln – one of my childhood dogs was an English Bulldog named Reggie (Sir Reginald!). SWEEEEET dogs……….
Pam
Glad you enjoyed Lincoln as much as we did! We thought you were going to say Churchill 😉
