Courier M recently made a quick trip to Belgium and Germany with a bevy of gorgeous felines on board. On the way back, he had another cat and two dogs for company.
India and Islay
These two Bengal kittens started their journey in Gosport and finished it in Neerpelt in the east of Belgium. They were great fun to have around — full of mischief and play. Their new owner Mariska is clearly delighted to have them. She already has a number of these exotic cats who enjoy beautiful spacious accommodation.

A warm welcome from Mariska for India and Islay
Bumble
Striking tortie-tabby Bumble travelled from Newcastle under Lyme to Cologne in Germany. She had a slightly grumpy look about her, due (we suspect) to the inconvenience of having her normal routine interrupted.

Gorgeous Bumble — a complete darling
Salmonella and Maldorer
This duo of slinky black cats also travelled from Newcastle under Lyme, to rejoin Kate in a leafy Berlin suburb. When we asked her about their remarkable names, she just smiled and said, ‘it’s a long story.’

Maldorer, very laid back

Equally calm Salmonella

Sophie
Beautiful white whiskered Sophie is a returning client. She travelled with us from the rural German idyll of Duderstadt, where she had the run of a stables, to the English idyll that is Leamington Spa. Owner Penny was glad to have her companion back home.

Sophie shows off her splendid whiskers
Falkor
Handsome Spinone Falkor is named after the luckdragon in ‘The Neverending Story.’ A very gentle dog, he can seemingly be bribed to do almost anything for a sausage. He joined us in Amsterdam, on his way to rejoin owner Philippa in Cheshire.

Philippa demonstrates the sausage technique, just before we set off

Ready for my walk!

Loving a sunny spot
Guido
Tiny bundle of Westie fun Guido is another returning client. We collected him in the old part of Amsterdam. He’s on his way to New Malden in Surrey, where there’s not quite so much in the way of canals and bicycles as around his Dutch home.

Gorgeous Guido

A rather superior windmill spotted on the drive through the Netherlands
I love that windmill! And your furry travellers, of course!
We were very impressed by the windmill too.
oh please bring Falkor and Guido to me… they look like fabulous partners in crime… the mama is a BIG fan of bumble … she said she is a super star like Grumpy ;o)
Flaker and Guido would be great playmates for you. We adore the grumpy looking ones!
Belgium…?? Feel free to pay Mr. Bowie a visit! Espresso and chocolate included! 🙂
A very short trip indeed but the though of that espresso and chocolate always tempts us!
Round trip! Love it.
A nice nippy trip for courier M on his own — he rather enjoyed it too.
That look on Bumble’s face is just hilarious.
She’s got it down to an art form!
What is going on in Bumble’s head anyway?
We suspect it’s best not to ask!
A very superior windmill in my opinion.
So much so we had to stop and photograph it.
Love the grumpy look of Bumble! Classic.
Absolutely classic grumpy look but very deceptive as she’s a love!
What a bunch of adorable travelers on this journey!! Everyone sure looks happy and we must admit – we too are curious about that name “Salmonella”…….!!
Pam and Teddy too
We think Little Binky has the best suggestion!
These pictures are incredible as always!!
Is Spinone a kind of dog? I’m not familiar with that, but I adore that big white dog with the face that reminds me so much of Smokey Lonesome Ollie!!
Yes, Spinone are Italian hunting dogs — very gorgeous indeed. Wonder if Ollie had an ounce of Spinone?

Dear Bumble, such a look!
What cute furry companions to have along your travels that windmill is quite something!
We are lucky with all our passengers. We were very struck by the windmill.
That’s a lot of pussycats, Annie and they’re all adorable. I think Salmonella is a sweet name, you only don’t must make a connection with the bacteria and think of something fishy 😀 Pawkisses for a safe trip and a Happy Weekend too 🙂 <3
What a great idea behind the name of Salmonella — we’ll stick to your suggestion 😀
Hello hello AC! So nice to see all your guests and know they’re traveling in style with your wonderful couriers. I love that name Bumble and omgosh I laughed. If looks could kill ! LOL Love that windmill ! They’re so iconic yet I’ve never seen one up close and personal. Amazing! xo Boomdee
We’re very relieved looks can’t kill 😀 We were very struck by the windmill, glad to have got you up closer to one.
They are all so beautiful, and poor Bumble does look a bit grumpy. 🙂
Perhaps Bumble should change her name to Grumble while travelling? She is the dearest cat.
It must have something to do with the markings, but Bumble has about the grumpiest expression I’ve ever seen! Good to visit again, but life has been pretty wild here lately. Far too long, if you ask me! 😉
Dear Bumble! Such a grumpy look in this photo 😀 She’s a dear and coped very well. Great to have a visit from you, it is sounding like things are starting to calm down in your neck of the woods!
Looks like a great adventure. Fantastic photos!
Some great passengers to introduce!
