Prince has a lovely new life in Suffolk

Prince has a lovely new life in Suffolk

Handsome white cat Prince was rescued and fostered in Greece, and now has a wonderful forever home in Suffolk.

Twelve hours after starting his journey Animalcouriers delivered him to his new family where he was warmly greeted. He’s joining two other rescue cats who both came to see the new arrival. For a little while, however, Prince will have his own room, giving him plenty of time and space to settle in to his new family.

A very lucky cat to have left the life of most likely a street cat to a British house cat. I love the rescue stories. Greece really has street and feral cats everywhere. So sad but for the fortunate few.

Oh, Prince sure is a lucky fellow compared to many Greek cats. Every little step helps.

Speaking of new, loving forever homes for kitties, I seem to have a little problem here of my own with finding just that for a very sweet young cat. No one here in Florida, U.S wants to adopt the poor thing. Apparently the person who took her in, who promised a secure home for her, is not willing to anymore, now my issue is finding her a home. I’d take her in, but I do not have the funds for another addition to the family for I have two dogs and two cats, and one that just passed. So my question is, what would you recommend? I do not want to place the poor thing in a shelter, and I’m not away of any no-kill shelters in my area.

Sorry to reply so late – it’s a difficult one as we have no knowledge of shelters in the US. One of our blogging buddies has a lot of connections so it might be a good idea to go over to Savahhan’s blog and see if her peeps can point you in the right direction – http://savannahspawtracks.com/ It’s so very sad when a home falls through. Good luck for that dear pussy cat.

Thank you! I’m happy to say that I found a new owner who’d love to take her in! I hope it all goes well.

Delighted to hear that! We wish her a very happy life.
