Animalcouriers crossed by ferry from the Greek port of Piraeus to the island of Kos, where it’s very windy but the sun is doing its best to put in an appearance.
We’ve walked all the dogs and have found a shady parking spot where couriers M and J2 have settled down to write postcards, and the pets have settled down for a snooze. We’re waiting for a ferry crossing to the Turkish port of Bodrum later — we hope the wind will drop as it could affect our sailing.
Those two are adorable, hope the wind dies down 🙂 xx00xx
Mollie and Alfie
Thanks M&A – we do hope so too 😉
I hope the weather’s okay for the crossing.
Thanks Clowie – we have fingers, paws and tails crossed 😉
Ah the kitty with the sweet name – have a good trip, hope no one gets sea-sick.
Thanks Easy, it was a wonderfully smooth crossing 😉
Oh Spangle and Toffee are bootiful!! Hope they have a good boat ride and don’t get sea sick, paw pats, Savvy
They are gorgeous. This morning’s ferry ride went well – smooth and beautiful 😉
Great photo’s. How long will the crossing take? I love Greece, but I hear they are not so big on keeping pets?
Times are changing. When I arrived in Adami with Archie I was the only person with a non working dog but now after 2 years there are 12. They had staffyenvy!
That is lovely news! Staffy Envy is something that should be spread around the world 😀
The kitties in the ruins of Ephesus, Turkey, where we visited in November, were feral but looked oh so regal perched up on ancient Greek and Roman columns.
They do know how to display themselves for maximum admiration!
safe sailing….!
Thank you – we need all the good wishes around at the moment 😉
paws crossed for a smooth crossing!
Please keep them crossed Misaki, things got a little more complicated!
Yes, may the crossing be safe and easy.
thanks Gunta – it’s got a bit more complicated since this post so all good wishes are well received 😉
Hope Spangle and Toffee do not get sea sick xxx
So far they’ve been fine, so we are hopeful all will be well 😉
Toffee and Spangle look so cute… I like Toffee’s nose 😀 I hope you’ll cross over safe and sound 🙂
Thanks! They are very cute and hopefully passing through Turkish customs as I type 😉
Now I wonder, don’t animals also get seas sick? I mean, I’ve never seen one in action, so I am still wondering… Anyway Kalo Taxidi! “have a good trip” in Greek. Take care guys!
It is true, some animals do get sea sick 🙁 Luckily our passengers on this trip are fine so far and the trip this morning went well on a smooth and beautiful sea. Thanks so much for the Greek encouragement!
Couriers M and J2, and that first picture. That combo just sounded like some spy movie.
Wonder if they’ll intercept those postcards now you’ve spilled the beans? 😉
<3 Love <3 Spangle & Toffee!
