Arrow settles in, and Lisa shares her favourite pumpkin cookie recipe

Corgi puppy Arrow's owner Lisa sent us a photo to let us know how well he's settling in. Courier M, who transported Arrow, was so taken with the pumpkin cookies Lisa gave him when they met up that he asked her for the recipe. Here it is for everyone to enjoy — yum! Happy Arrow with a new toy

Puppies on the move

Animalcouriers collected Cardigan Welsh Corgi pups Morning Star and Arrow yesterday. Morning Star is heading to Ireland and is staying with relatives near Stansted before heading off to that emerald isle. Meanwhile Arrow joined Cockapoo pup Dior on a channel crossing. They spent the night in courier M's room having a high old time, until they wore each other out and slept like logs. After a wild and windy night we woke to snow this morning; but fortunately the weather has improved as we've driven south. Arrow met up with his new owner Lisa near Reims — she's taking him [...]

Alikat has reached her new Northumberland home

Everyone's favourite 'alley cat' made the final leg of her journey when Animalcouriers took her from Surrey to Morpeth, where she was delighted to be reunited with her adoring owners. Having become an Animalcouriers 'frequent flyer' with three return trips between France and the UK to her name, this is probably the last time she'll be on our passenger list as her owners have decided to stay in the UK. They found her at a rescue centre in France. Prawns were her treat of choice in that land of gastronomy — we wonder what will be her favourite snack now? [...]

Reunited after three months apart

Little Ben was happily reunited with his owner yesterday after a three-month separation. During that time, he was living with other members of the family in Sussex, while his owner got everything ready at their new home in the Leeds area. Ben seemed to thoroughly enjoy his day on the road with Animalcouriers. He was settled in his bed, sleeping soundly — until he saw his owner, that is, and excitement took hold! Ben's comfy bed

Mavis and Woody are NZ-bound

Mavis, an 11-month-old Spinone and her feline chum Woody, aka Baby, are flying to New Zealand to rejoin their owner, who's starting a new life there. Animalcouriers collected them this morning and took them to Heathrow. Mavis had to have a flight box fitting as she has grown a lot since her owner saw her three months ago! As soon as a comfortable box had been chosen, both dog and cat had their vet check and will be taking off this afternoon. Lovely Mavis Woody watching the planes take of and land while Mavis gets fitted for [...]

Mack and Millie are off on an adventure

This lovable pair of lively Jack Russells are travelling with Animalcouriers from York all the way to Christchurch, New Zealand, where their owners are relocating. The move had to be organised very quickly as 'dad' got fast tracked, leaving 'mum' frantically making arrangements for the dogs and all the other removals. Fortunately she's made of stern stuff, and has coped brilliantly. The dogs seemed blissfully unaware of the whiff of tension in the air at home and are behaving impeccably. Glamorous Dior is moving to Monte Carlo

This gorgeous little Cockapoo pup will be travelling with Animalcouriers at the weekend. We're collecting her from her breeder in West Wales and taking her to her new home in Monaco. Her new owner particularly wanted her to travel by road as it's less stressful for animals than flying. We're specialists in pet road travel and take extra special care of young passengers like Dior.
