Smudge and Tiddles reach the UK

Since we collected them in Normandy, Smudge and Tiddles have been boarding at Calais, waiting for their pet passports to become valid. Animalcouriers has now brought them to the UK via Eurotunnel and on Monday they'll be heading home to Halifax to rejoin their canine brother Kenny. They're a beautiful pair who became firm favourites with the cattery staff, who were sad to see them go but wished them 'bon voyage'. Smudge and Tiddles

Breakfast in Denmark, tea in London

Frequent flyers Cedric and Chester flew back with their family by private plane from their holiday in Denmark. They landed at Calais airfield yesterday morning where Courier S was waiting to scoop up this adorable pair and take them through Eurotunnel and animal customs into the UK. The family flew on to London City airport while the dogs travelled by road, and all were reunited by teatime. Cedric and Chester never miss out on family holidays. Gato’s great adventure

We heard from Marea that Gato has finally been allowed out on his own: "Day 11 and Gato was allowed out. I don't know who was more scared, me probably. He has been out four days previously on a harness with varying results, and after this he was climbing up the doors and windows and yowling. So today we buttered his paws and off he went.
