It's so cold in northern Sweden that courier J, who washed her hair this morning, found the ends of her hair were freezing by the time she reached the van. Not only is there snow on the ground, you need to keep looking up when you're walking around town. There are warning signs on the ground, and it takes a moment or two of reflection before you realise why!
