Three feline families join our trip

Three feline families join our trip

We collected Antonia’s three cats Tiger, Gracie and Mouser in the Italian city of Naples. They’re travelling with us to Bolton in England.

We crossed the border from Italy to France and picked up Mrs Cogley’s cats for their trip to the UK. Animalcouriers were delayed earlier in the journey, and were very glad that Mrs Cogley could leave Lizzy and Susy in the good hands of her vet’s kennels and cattery.

Then it was on to Le Jardin des Chats near Montpeller, where Hugo, Ruben and Red got on board. This cattery blends calming music and a gentle aroma of homeopathic essences with high-tech webcams, that let owners watch their cats, eating, sleeping, enjoying the sunshine and climbing trees.

One of our other kitty passengers has been found wearing his litter tray on his head each morning, with litter all over him, his bedroom and half the van! We've now taken desperate measures to anchor the tray, and hope he finds having his very own Zen garden suitably soothing!

What a bunch of gorgeous cats!! Love the zen garden……should keep that cat who likes to wear his litter box from being able to do that again….hopefully!

The cattery is truly impressive. I wonder what their favorite music is? Do they get to listen to “Cats?” Also I love your rocky solution to the cat who wears its litter box. Desperate times call for desperate measures. 🙂 –Curt

It really is very impressive – make the beds a little bigger and we’d be happy to stay 😀 Hopefully we’ve sorted the litter lout out now!

Loved seeing my 3 boys in transit this afternoon, they look relaxed and comfy! So glad you were recommended to us. Much better than being squashed up in little cages in the car with us amongst all our belongings!! So looking forward to having them at home soon. You really are wonderful people and do great work. Thank you xx

They’ve relaxed even further and are doing really well! They’ll be back with you soon…

Another wonderful bunch. Not too sure about the one wanting to wear the litter tray. If the rock doesn’t do it, you might try offering a more appropriate hat? 🙂

Isn’t it wonderful. Don’t want to tempt fate but it does look like the rock has worked 😀

Ha, I giggled at your first guests because my pal Alys in San Jose has a fluffy boyfriend named Mouse. He’s actually the neighbours kitty but loves her and practically lives at her house. I call them ‘Mousner’ as in Brangelina or Bennifer before them. LOL
That is some wickedly awesome Cattery. I would love to have that in my future yard, Petals and Blossum would be so very happy. The kitties in the photo are like a circus family…LOL they are up, over and on top of things…the peaking one made me laugh and then I saw the one looking thru the hole in the tube…that’s so funny. Happy trails one and all. xK

It’s the cattery everyone would love their cats to go to – perhaps they can start a global franchise?

A cat garden! So if you water them, do they grow?

    That cattery looks really nice!
I had to laugh about the rock in the litter tray. Perhaps you could provide a selection of suitably fashionable hats for the discerning cat?
