These three beautiful Siamese cats, Cindy (aged 18, bottom left), Suchin and Isma travelled by air from Alicante to London Gatwick, then from London Heathrow to South Africa.

At Gatwick they were met by our quarantine courier for a transit by road to London Heathrow. Our courier asked the Animal Reception Centre (ARC) representative, ‘How is the older cat, Cindy? Did she travel well?’ ‘What older cat? We didn’t notice an older cat!!’

This photograph shows them shortly after their arrival at the Heathrow airport ARC, where they stayed overnight before being transferred to their flight to South Africa. You see a plastic bag to the right of the top box? In it are three little packs of special food sent by their owner, so that Cindy, in particular, could eat the special soft diet she has become accustomed to. Five star catering at the ARC for these three!

They are now at home in South Africa with their very relieved owner.
